Campaign builder - loop & emails delivered not opened

Hi Community,

Is it possible to filter an audience of the campaign by email element delivered but not opened?

Is it possible to do a loop in campaign builder?

My case:

I'm sending email1 to contact. If email1 is delivered and opened I'm sending email2.

If email1 was delivered (but NOT opened) I need to send email1 again (if possible with a limited number of times).

Of course between emails, I set time conditions.

Hi Paulina,

You can try setting up the campaign the following way:

In order to set a limit for how many emails are sent, you can just set up the timer validity, so that it only fires every day for the next 3 days.
