Hello,
As of now, there are no limitations in terms of number of approvals available for user/group of users in a specific period of time (or at all).
You can find all the needed information about approvals on the Academy.
Let me share one of the articles here as well:

Hi Anastasiia,
I know how to enable approve. My question is Creatio has the place or section keep all the approve task, so that the auditor can go there to check the approve tasks. The auditor can not go to each record to check the approve status.

Phuong Nguyen Duy,
Hello,
There is no specific section where all the approvals are being stored. By default the approval functions are available in the Contracts, Invoices, and Orders sections but you can enable approving in any section.
For a statistic purpose I can advise you to create a corresponding dashboard in the specific section(s) where the needed charts will be set: for a total amount of approvals within the section, for approvals grouped by status, etc.
As well, you can created your own custom section based on Contract/Invoice/Opportunity/etc approval object.

Anastasiia
Anastasiia Zhuravel,
Thanks for your advise.
But in my opinion, audit session in CRM system is normal daily work. The dashboard with only number cannot meet with auditor's requirement.
Hope that Create creates a place that auditor can easier review check the daily activities of users, better than change log (only log for section, if you want to check the change log of detail you don't know that a detail belongs with record); user cannot look back last month/last year how many approval request he/she did, and what status he/she did for each requests.

Akira
