Self service portal - Give access rights to accounts section or any other section
Hello ,
How can i gice access rights to account section for portal users ?
I have setup workplace and assigne account section access rights to portal users , but account section is not displaying in portal user screen. Portal user screen displaying only three tabs : Cases , knowledge base and main page.

Hi Samar,
For now there is no possibility to display any other sections on the Self service portal except of the base ones in out-of-the-box version.
If you do this within Section wizard, the portal page won’t display sections at all.
R&D team is now working on changing the working mechamism of Self service portal to make it more flexible.
Please also note that there is a possibility to display additional lookup fields on PortalCasePage based on various objects. You may use 'List of objects available for portal users' for that purpose.

Unfortunately we don’t have such information , as backlog is formed based on the analysis and priorities of system analysts.
