Until recently we have been using the Excel Reports builder without any issue.  We have now started receiving an error (below) when we try to generate a report with calculated Net Sales Entered.  If we remove the columns or generate a different report without these columns there is no issue.  If we add the columns back we again receive the error.  This is an excel report we've had and ran for several months and just now began receiving the error.

A severe error occurred on the current command. The results, if any, should be discarded. Operation cancelled by user. Please check filter settings

Hi Garrett!

I recommend checking your calculation. If the final calculation is more than 2,147,483,647 in a field, integer overflow error occurs. Also, you might want to try basic export with the same parameters or build a dashboard using your data. If errors occur in these cases, the problem is caused not by the add-on but by data.

I was finally able to build a report and get it into the correct section, but now I am receiving the following error message.

I am not sure how i can edit the GUI. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello Patrick,

from this perspective it is really difficult to say where the issue may occur, So we would recommend you create a support case so our team can investigate the reasons for such an error and provide you with the solution.

Regards,

Gleb.

Gleb,

A report was made previously, but since the Excel Add-in was made by a third party creatio was unable to asssist.

Essentially in the Excel Add-in, when i am trying to create a related schema to the main table, i am being forced to select "id" as the Master Column. Even though the "id" is unique to each record. If i do not select "id" i get the aforementioned error message when trying to generate the report. I would prefer a different identifier so i can link the data from the main table to the related schema table. Thanks.

Patrick Ostrowski,

can you please detail a bit more on where exactly you are implementing such logic and where you are trying to add those columns?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Gleb.

Hi Team,

we can see this warning popping up when downloading the report and when we click on yes the excel says it has modified certain cells.. Can you please advise what could be the reason?

I had manually verified the existing live data with the report data and it matches correctly. Can this warning be ignored? we are only noticing this warning on random days. Please advise.

Hello Gokul,

Hope you're doing well.

Please make sure you're using the Excel product that contains the latest updates. The next article can be useful for resolving the issue you have mentioned:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_2016-excel/file…

Also, in case the data are downloaded correctly these warnings can be ignorred.

Best regards,

Roman

I am using Creatio marketplace add-on for Excel reports https://marketplace.creatio.com/app/excel-reports-builder-creatio. First I tried it using a trial instance and it was working fine. But in a production instance I am not able to upload templates to the reports.

I have tried removing .jar and .apk from "File extensions DenyList" system settings. Also tried removing the add-on and installing it again. but still could not able to upload the templates. It is doing nothing when I click upload button and select the template.

Thanks in advance.

Do you see any errors in the browser console when you attempt to upload a template?

Ryan

Hi Ryan Farley,

Thanks for the reply. Yes I am getting an error in the browser console "Uncaught Error: One or more filters are not filled, please fill in all filters and try again".

Here I have attached a screenshot.
