XRM User Profile

Hi all,

Got a question who are the most usual users of XRM product.
Made some research on our customer base and figure out key industries:

- Software development companies
- System integrators and VARs
- Professional Services Firms
- Advertisement and Media
- and others

All mentioned companies require extension on Project Management and also need to track service cases.
