Workato can do these things, then, how about Creatio?

I am a member of Creatio Sales in Japan. Our company sells not only Creatio but also Workato, too.
Creatio is partnered with Workato, right?

I constantly think about what perspective to take when proposing Creatio or Workato to appeal to customers.
So, I'd like to know if Creatio can also do things like the following:
Can CretaioAI automate business processes using chat apps?
For example, can it trigger business automation based on posts from chat apps?

If you have any other winning points, I'd appreciate it if you could share your ideas.
