Question

Word-to-Pdf attachment converter for Creatio

Hi

I found a great app on the marketplace Word-to-Pdf converter (https://marketplace.creatio.com/app/word-pdf-attachment-converter-creatio)

I’m not able to install this app, an error occurred:

2020-01-30 10:51:21,975 Errors and (or) warnings occurred while compiling configuration dll

2020-01-30 10:51:21,975 Autogenerated\Src\GlbAsposePDFHelper.GlbWordToPdfConverter.cs(5,8) error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'Aspose' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

2020-01-30 10:51:31,709 When application installed, an error(s) occured

Do you have any suggestions about how to solve this problem?

Hi Paulina,

Could you please tell us what is the version of your site?

Thank you.

Currently we are implementing Sales Enterprise ver 7.15.

Marcin

To fix this issue please find package Aspose and generate source code for each schema in this package and then compile modified items. This should fix the issue.

Hi Angela,

Unfortunately Aspose package doesn't exist on repository of Sales Enterprise 7.15.

Do You think that we may export it from other version of Creatio and install to our version ? Do You know which version contain this package ?

Regards,

Marcin

Hi again,

Finally managed to do so. I found this Aspose.Words.NUI.dll in \Terrasoft.WebApp\Terrasoft.Configuration\bin in other version of on-site env and uploaded it to GlbWordToPdfConverter package in Ex Assemblies. Next generate source code and compile resolved issue.

Marcin

Hi Marcin Kott,

Can you provide us this Aspose.Words.NUI.dll file?

Because even we're unable to find this .dll file in current Creatio versions.

Hello Sarthak,

You can try to install the next package: https://anonymousfiles.io/mMnG31Bf/ first, after that install the add-on.

At the same time, it seems like this Aspose.dll is not available anymore for the latest versions of the application. This is the reason why the installation can fail.

That's why we suggest you to contact the developers of this add-on. It was developed by the "Dev Labs" team so you can ask them for this package installment's permission.

Best regards,

Roman
