Window with the question YES/NO

Hello team!

How can I create question window? For example, I create an account and then the system asks: "Would you like to add an opportunity?"

Hello Richard,

BP designer has an element "User dialogue" for that purpose. There have to be also 2 conditional flows coming out of this element and containing answers (YES/NO).
