View in terrasoft

I have a problem with a oracle view, when i enter in app like a superviser, view work as it have to work, no errors show records..., but when i enter in a app like a manager app says threre is no errors, but with no records in view, what is matter?I also checked the object acess, thera were no rules here, i for example have another view which work without problems
