Hi, so I'm new to the comany, new to the system, and the system is also new to the company. Basically they broght me on to learn the system.
What we want is a way to track warranties per product per customer, and then get a reminder when the warranty is almost up. For instance, a customer orders a software license, we add it to their company account, and it states what the product is, when we bought it, and the date the warranty ends. Second, we would like it to remind us (email, notification, whatever) a month ahead of time when that warranty will end. I've been playing with the system all week and I'm totally stuck on this. Thanks!
