Is there a way to databind the change log set up for each section and detail and install it as a part of package in any environment?

The change log setup is automatically bound to the Object through the 'Update change log' attribute. This attribute is available at both the object level & column level and stores whatever change log setup is done on the GUI. On the converse, updating these attributes on object creation should also automatically setup change log for that object.
