Telephony integration

Hi Team,

 

We have a system integrated with telephony . Is there a way to create a queue for all the missed calls from un known number to specific Queue ?

Hello,

You need to setup filter for those records that do not have identified contact and duration = 0

Here is the result

As for call object, it is necessary to create a new one with Schema column value = 2f81fa05-11ae-400d-8e07-5ef6a620d1ad
