Send email is not working

Hi guys,

 

I'm trying to configure a gmail account to send/receive emails in Creatio v 7.18.2.1236

Installed the exchange listener successfully and after associating a gmail account I can see incoming emails but send email is not working.

 

Running the diagnostics, everything is green until I check the "Send test email" checkbox. That step is the only one failing saying 404 Not found (see the image below).

 

How can I troubleshoot this issue?

 

BTW, the diagnostics screen is different than the one shown in the guide here . In the guide ExchangeListenerEnabled, EmailIntegrationV2 and SendEmailsV2 feature states are shown. In mine OldEmailIntegrationFeature and IsMailboxSyncSettingsCached are the ones shown. Is it related?

Solved the Issue. The problem was the Exchange Listener version I was using.

If you see in Listener Status result in the image above, the version I was using was 0.7.1.

Installing 0.8.68 did the trick. Creatio was probably requesting a url that was changed from 0.7 to 0.8.

The ExchangeListenerEnabled, EmailIntegrationV2 and SendEmailsV2 features are not required anymore in the Creatio version 7.18.2.1236, so this is expected.

 

In regards to the 404 error, could you please check if your GMail server settings are correct?

Just double checked email account configuration, Gsuite application and system settings values and everything seems to be fine. Suggested guides are the ones I used.

 

Something else I saw is that if I try to send an email directly from Creatio, the error message is different than the diagnostics page: 

 

 

The listener status seems to be fine, I'm able to see the email account configured:

 

 

Emails inbound synchronization is working and latest emails are downloaded to Creatio.

Could you please let us know if you have any Firewalls that could block content?

Also, could you please let us know if the server where the ExchangeListener is set up is available (and open) to the world?

 

Please check if there is nothing blocking the ExchangeListener server.

- I just disabled Firewall in the server where Creatio is installed. 

- The server where ExchangeListener is installed is available and accesible form the server where the Creatio installation is.  (the image I pasted showing ExchangeListener status was taken from the server where creatio is installed)

 

Reading the network requests when sending email, the error is showing a description of 404 Not Found in all cases.

 

How can I get the full url that is not able to find? The error logs are not showing which is the url not found.
