Hello Community,
We have an inquiry from Customer about possibility to capture information the client read/open the sent e-mail. In Our business case such information should to be stored in Creatio eg. as a history of Opportunity.
On regular email client this option is called "Request a Read Receipt" but is it possible to send email from Creatio with such propertie ?
