HI All,
I have installed a third party custom package in my bpm'online cloud site which contains some error. Now I am unable to delete the package nor can I fix the error in the code.
If anyone has come across this issue, kindly suggest a solution.

Dear Anupama,
You can delete a package through the configuration: right click-Delete:
Please get rid of the package dependecies before deleting the package itself.
Otherwise, please send a request to support@bpmonline.com to restore the system from the backup.
