Release space on a cloud instance

Hello, community,

I need to release space on a cloud instance and since I have a lot of attachments with emails that end up being duplicates, I was thinking about removing attachments from emails from a year ago through a process.

My questions are:

1) Does deleting the attachments in this way also delete the files in the s3 file storage?

2) If I do that I will really see an impact on my instance space?

1) Yes, deleting attachments in this way also deletes the files in the s3 file storage.

2) Yes, you can compare the DB size before the procedure and after.

By the way, is it possible to see used space in the cloud? Or is there any reminders that environment will be out of space soon?
