Promote changes to cloud deployment

Hi,

Our client will be configured with two cloud based environments - the one is for development and the other is for production use.

How do you deploy changes like Workplaces, Sections, Pages, Details, etc. ?

I know how to install packages and import individual objects from the Custom folder like Cases, Lookups, etc. but how do you include the above mentioned items?
