Problem with [#Current User#]

I have an environment where I use "Hello, [#Current user.Recipient Name#]!" on a desktop and it works great.

But, when I try to replicate this in another environment it simply does not work, it only shows "Hello,!"

Not sure if there is a problem with [#Current User#], as I try to filter a chart on a desktop, using "Contact = Current User (function)" and it also does not wor.

Now sure what else I should do or try in order to have it working.

Any idea?
