Printables
We have made no recent changes to our pintables and now information is not populating where it had before on the MS word documents. Have there been any changes to the format on the Creatio side that would impact the documents. We have attempted to re-download the templates and we have verified all of the data fields are correct.

No, we haven't made any changes to printables except of macros improvements that we've mentioned in "Release notes" of 7.15.2 version of the application. The only two possible reasons why data was not populated in the way it should have been populated are:
1) Columns were removed from the printable template or someone redownloaded printable template and changed its structure
2) Some columns were erased from the object and that's why there was no data to be displayed on the template.
If you have a scenario to reproduce the issue or it occurred after an update to 7.15.2 - please email us at support@creatio.com and we will check those templates on the copy of the application before an update.
