Package for ReadOnly mode in Page?

Hi, community, 

I'm writing because I need your help. I need to set a page as read-only based on some conditions, but I don’t want to do it based on Business Rules (there are way too many fields) or based on Business Processes because we would like to avoid modifying permissions.

The best implementation it’s the one described in this post (Set page to ReadOnlyMode | Community Creatio), but we can’t find the package mentioned in it. Do you know where we can find it?
