Owners don't see accounts

Hello!

Why don't the owners of the accounts see these accounts? I was under impression that they automatically receive rights to see/edit the records.

Hello Leah!

Not exactly, this rule works for Tasks. If you want the owners of the account to automatically receive full rights on the record, you need to go to configuration, open the object "Account" and change the value of Owner field to "Owner".

 

Another option is to create a short business process starting with the signal "create account" then "read data" and the third element is "change access rights".
