Hello! I have a question regarding the design of business processes. In particular, I would like to know how I can, within a process, open a page such that the user can add a detail record. For example, I want to open the contact address page that is opened when one clicks on the "+" in the contact section (see screenshot). I know how I could open the normal contact section within the process, but I want to specifically want to open the contact address detail page.

Thank you for your question. You can open the page with the business process only in case the object has a record edit page and the Communication Options detail doesn't have this option.
You can add your custom detail with the edit page based on Account Communication Options object and then use the page in the process. But this change can influence other parts of OOB functionality that are connected to basic Communication Options detail.
