I created a new object, and included it inside the lookup "Queue objects" (attached Captura4). However, when I create a new queue, i does not appear the mentioned object (attached Captura5).
Is there something that I am missing in the queue configuration?

the solution they provided me was adding the object in the configuration of the queue management (see attached file).
