Not able to find system settings

The Calculate contact age documentation says, we can enable or disable the age calculation automatically when we open the contact edit page.

To enable or disable it we have to do changes for few system settings like Enable automatic daily update of the contact ages and Enable updating contact ages but we are not able to find it in system settings list.

How can we set up this?
