License issue
I am attempting to send a bulk email and have been successful with this before. Now I am receiving an error message that I am missing a license and this needs to be updated. I have check by license information as the supervisor and nothing has changed since I was able to send the bulk email a week ago.
Is there a limit to the amount of bulk emails you can produce and send?

We would recommend you to check quantity of active contacts licenses used and compare with quantity of licenses available.
To do this, follow this link to our academy and check for "Marketing campaign and active contact licenses" paragraph.
Build the same filter in your system in accordance to recommendations stated there and check if the quantity of active contacts is greater than licenses available.
