Issue with Multiple Oppurtunities created

When a lead is created and all the stages are completed an Opportunity is created. When I change the stage back to nurturing and complete the process then another opportunity is created. 

Is there any way to solve this issue? or

Dear Nagaraju,

This is default application logic. According to it, a lead or a customer can have multiple opportunities. That is why a new record in opportunities section is created agin. The opportunity creation is based on the process which you can modify according to your business tasks. Also, you can restrict the stages transactions from Satisfied back to Nurturing, so that the status will be final. In this case you will need to create a new lead to create a new opportunity out of it.
