Infinite loading error when accessing Advanced settings of Creatio Version 8.1.3.6801

I'm studying creatio's dev course.

When I access the Advanced settings of Creatio Version 8.1.3.6801, it shows the WorkspaceExplorer page and it loads infinitely.

Has anyone encountered this error and fixed it? Please support me.

Hello,

Please try opening the console when trying to open advanced settings and show us if there are any errors.

I see it shows an unknown error message while waiting for it to load. Have you ever encountered this error and fixed it?
