I'm studying creatio's dev course.

When I access the Advanced settings of Creatio Version 8.1.3.6801, it shows the WorkspaceExplorer page and it loads infinitely.

Has anyone encountered this error and fixed it? Please support me.

Please try opening the console when trying to open advanced settings and show us if there are any errors.

Thank you for reaching out. Based on the issue described, it appears there is a problem sending/receiving requests to/from the IIS server. To address this, please review the application logs to identify the exact error message when the issue occurs.
 

In addition, I recommend making the following changes to the “User session timeout” system setting (please see the attached screenshot). As an additional step, please initiate the compilation using a browser other than Google Chrome. If you prefer to continue using Chrome, you may try performing this action in Incognito mode.
 

Once these changes are applied to the system setting, kindly ensure you re-login to the application.
