Do you know how could I see when the last Creatio update has been done ?
For example, if my system is actually in 7.18.3 and I would know when this update has been done on my system. How could I do ?

Unfortunately, you can not check from your side the information regarding the updates.
Still, you can always ask the support team and we will help you with this.
Also, you should receive notifications regarding the upcoming update a few days before that.
