How to inherit form properties and rules in the 3rd party app

Unfortunately, we do not provide 3rd party app consulting. But in general, inheritance of Creatio rights and set properties to 3rd party app is not possible.

So that would mean, I can feed my forms to other applications, But if i set a rule(i.e Phone number can on consist of 10 charecters)  in my creatio form, that rule might not apply on the 3rd party application?
