How to include conversation details in the Case report in Creatio?

In the Cases section, I want to download a detailed report for a specific case record. The report should include all the case details along with the complete conversation history related to that case.

Can anyone please guide me on how to include the conversation in the case report?

Hello,

You can set up a business process that searches all related records by Case ID, filters Activity and Social Message objects, and then generates a report.

This way, the report will include both case details and the complete conversation history.

Including the full conversation history in a Case report is not available out of the box. However, it might be possible to achieve this through a custom business process.

You can configure a process that searches for all related records (such as emails, activities, or messages) in the corresponding objects by the Case ID, and then compiles these details into a custom report or document.
