How to handle deletion of a object or column can be handled

Hi All,

Our development team has 6 members working on creatio. Sometimes, There were scenarios of deleting one object or a column and push them to git.

When other developers take their changes, We are encountering some errors while

'Updating Packages from file system' and also while compiling.

How can we handle this scenario correctly. Please suggest.
