How to create Sales process

Hi Sachin,

To create such a process, you need to start it with [Signal start event] element that will trigger the stage change. Please follow this link to get more detailed description of this element on our academy.

Then you need to add [Perform task] element and make it connected to the opportunity where the stage change takes place. 

If you need some information from the opportunity to be included in the task, you can add [Read data] element after the process is started.

Hi Lily,

I have taken these tools, but i am unable to put my conditions in a single [signal start event] element. How can I achieve this? Because I want when stage is changed a new task is created. This is for all stages.

If you need a different task to be performed for a different stage, you can add a separate [Signal start event] and [Perform task] element for each stage. The process will look like:
