Hi Cathie,
Please open System designer and choose System settings.
Then please find the “Case number mask” system setting to customize automatic numbering of cases.
When you open this setting, please modify it the way you like.
After you save the changes, please relog in to the system to make it work.
In case the changes are not applied, please empty cache and hard reload in your browser.
