How can we export Dashboards or Homepages as reports.

In Creatio, dashboards and homepages cannot be scheduled or exported as reports by default — they are designed for interactive, real-time data visualization within the application. However, there are a few alternative approaches you can consider achieving similar results:

1. If your dashboard is based on standard analytics (e.g., charts, metrics):

• You can recreate key widgets in the Analytics section (if available in your edition).
• Then use “Export to Excel” or “Print” to generate reports manually.

❗ These actions are manual and not schedulable by default.

2. To fully automate the reporting:

1. Create a business process that:
   • Gathers the required data
   • Prepares it in a report format
2. Use a printable template Word
3. Send the report by email on a schedule using the “Send Email” element.
