Getting error during on-site setup

Hi Team,

I have been working on updating the site. Every step is taken in consideration according to this  documentation.

Now after applying changes in connection string and adding a new site to test the installation, I am facing this error. Screenshot attached below :

Please provide the solution/approach to fix this issue.
