getting an error after entering new email account and password
I created an outlook email account and thought of trying to synchronise in creatio. After entering outlook mail account nad password it is throwing an error message that username or password is invalid. I tried it many times but is showing same error message.

Most likely you have to set up the exchange email provider to be able to sign in. Please refer to this guide on how to set up your email provider https://academy.creatio.com/documents/administration/7-15/setting-ms-exchange-email-service-provider
If you already have some other email boxes connected to the same provider but only new email account cannot be synchronized - please approach our support team via support@creatio.com for investigation in your particular environment.
