Question

"Errors occurred while checking data consistency. Details in the logs" What does this mean?

I'm getting the above message in the notifications center. Why is the system showing me this and will I find this in the process logs?

This message appears when OOTB process "Lead generation. Сonsistency check" is not able to reach service in order to check if all the leads were uploaded to the website. 

This process runs even if Lead generation from Facebook or LinkedIn has not been configured. You can disabled the process with no harm to the website. (It might be useful if you will need Lead generation in the future)



The main issue here is that you didn't get any informative message that it was only a service check which has caused suspicions. 

In fact, there are no malfunctions on the website related to this matter but we have asked our R&D team to extend functionality related to the mentioned process and messages to make it more informative for the users. 



As for now, you can use the website as there are no errors with data on it.
