Greetings,
There was a previous post about this, but it was from 2017 and I was not able to figure it out. When I go to create a campaign and select bulk emails in the "campaign flow" all the folders are empty despite having many emails under the bulk email application.

Hello,
In Creatio, the campaign designer only displays bulk emails that meet specific criteria. To be selectable for addition to a campaign, an email must:
• Not have "Active" status
• Not be linked to any other campaign
• Be a trigger email
