Dear Ricardo,

Thank you for your question.

The Boolean field goes as a checkbox initially if you add it to a detail:

You can read more on this here:

Danyil Onoprienko,

Thanks for your reply.

That is exactly what i did, but the detail shows like this:

Ricardo Bigio,

Could you please email us at support@creatio.com and mention this community post for us to continue the investigation there?

Done.

Ricardo Bigio,

Thank you for submitting a ticket for us!

We have double-checked this behavior with our developers and have confirmed that the Boolean field would always be a text field in a [Detail].

In order to make a Boolean field with a checkbox, we would recommend adding it either to the page itself, or to a group of objects as shown above.

The reason why Boolean field is shown as a text option in a [Detail] is because it is being indexed in the register - a [Detail] is a page element that displays records of an object linked to the current record which requires to have the information in the register to display data from another object that is connected to the current record, and when a Boolean field is added to a [Detail] it has to be indexed as per the detail`s logic.

Hope this explains well.

Thank you!

Danyil Onoprienko,

Thanks. Then, If the field is in a detail (my case) there is no way to make it be shown as a checkbox.

Thanks.
