Is there any way to save a draft of whatever is currently being written in a case or knowledge base or any other section to be reopened at a later date or if the tab is accidently closed that way work is not lost.

Hope my message finds you well.
Unfortunately, there is no such functionality for the out-of-the-box version of the application at the moment. We already have some similar requests for being able to save the draft not only for emails, so we have updated this request for a functioning upgrade. If this appeal will be in high demand our R&D team will implement it in future versions of the application.
