Create Work Order from Case and Add Products

Hi,

I am working on a Field Service Management scenario in Creatio.

Requirement:

A Case should create a Work Order when on-site service is required.

The Work Order should allow adding products or services (parts, labor, etc.).

Questions:

Is there OOB approach to create a Work Order from a Case?

Which standard objects should be used for Work Orders and Work Order products/services?

Hello,

In standard Service Creatio, there is no dedicated out-of-the-box “Work Order” entity or a predefined process for creating a Work Order directly from a Case. The standard data model includes objects such as Case, Service, Service Agreement, and Service Item. However, a Field Service–specific Work Order entity and related workflows are not provided by default.

For Field Service scenarios involving parts, labor, or similar products and services, additional configuration is required. Service Creatio does not include standard OOB entities named “Work Order” or “Work Order Product/Service.” Such functionality typically requires either custom section and object creation or the use of a Marketplace add-on.
