create a case folder which have unresponded emails

Hi Team,

I am trying to create a Dynamic folder in which all cases which are not responded excluding system messages

My idea is to get the cases where latest email excluding system messages is an incoming mail. I have tried using following filter(unable to upload image. Below is the written format All have And filters) But did not get the expected values.

Activity (by column Case).Created onmaximum > 1/1/1949

Messagetype != Outgoing

IsAutoSubmitted = No

Please provide the solution. Also, what are the filters that are applied in processing tab of case page to get system messages,incoming and outgoing?
