Could you please clarify what is the business task?

Do you want to display one column which will count the difference between the start date of a lead stage and the current date for a specific stage? Or the separate column for each lead stage?

 

Anyways, such logic can be implemented via additional development only.

We expect a more detailed description to provide you with a possible solution for it.
