Contact synchronization with external applications does not support in 8.0 and later .

We've been receiving numerous inquiries from customers regarding the absence of synchronization functionality in system. Do you realize the underlying the justification for this decision?

Hello,
Creatio no longer supports contact synchronization with Exchange and Google, because this lets you improve the security and relevance of your customer base. Unfortunately, we do not plan to resume this synchronization in the near future.
