Command line doesn't work

Hello!

We have a problem with the command line from the interface:

(Search records and run commands | Creatio Academy)

Whatever I am adding on it, the feature doesn't work correctly.

On one of our environments (Env 1), there is no function that works. It keeps returning "Nothing found by the search query".

And on another environment (Env 2), everything works, besides Search records functionality.

The problem with the Search records might be caused because global search is not properly configured. But why on Env 1, the command line doesn't work at all, does it need some certain configurations?
