Closing a case

When you close/resolve a case, it automatically gets "Technical Documentation" value in "Type" field. Can you let me know where we can change the default type?

Dear Frey,
There is no 'Type' field on the case page in our out-of-the-box version. It must have been added on your side. If that's the case you can set the default value for it in Case object in the Configuration.
