Case Categorization As per Email

I have followed the documentation https://academy.creatio.com/documents/service-enterprise/7-15/automatically-categorizing-cases-registered-email. A new case doesnt get created. Can you please tell me if there are any additional configurations I will have to do ?

Hello! 

Can you please specify if you got cases created before settings were done? Also, can you please check if you have those Emails in your Communication Panel?
