Automating “To” Field Population in Lead Email Conversations

I need assistance with my use case. When a user sends an email from the Conversations tab on the Lead form page, the system should automatically populate the “To” field based on the Contact selected in the Lead. Currently, agents must select the recipient manually. I want to automate this behavior.
