Can you please specify you request? Are you willing to add more than one Attachments details on the record page?
Or you are asking if it is possible to add more than one attachment on the details at once? If yes, this logic is already implement in bpm'online. You can add multiple attachments within 1 operation.

There is no possibility to add several "Attachments and notes" detail to one edit page so it could display unique information and could load data properly.
I will also inform our R&D team about your particular request to speed up this problem solution.
